GWU Youths believe in equal right for all. This  pride march shows what they have shown with every case they won were employees were wrongfully judged because of their sexual orientation. The pride march was made with the hopes to give the feeling of unity and strength. It's well known that being "different" sometimes makes a person feel very depressed because they assume they are "the only one like it". As such, a mass public gathering shows that there's plenty of people sharing your "differentness" serves a purpose of showing to all those who are alike that they aren't alone.
