All General Workers Union Youths are entitled to various services and benefits when becoming a member such as:

• Professional Advice in case of Apprenticeship/internship or any other employment whereas the employee is under the age of 35.
• Free GWU membership for youths that are unemployed are provided.
• Educational conferences to enhance knowledge regarding various topics (previous conferences – Harassment at the Workplace, Standardization etc. 
• The GWU Youths also provide services such as educational courses. These courses are made for internal GWU employees and GWU Youths members. During these years, the following courses were held: First aid Course, Health and Safety, Industrial Relations, Customer Care and others)
• We provide Erasmus+ project opportunities where members can travel abroad with no personal costs.
• The GWU Youths can inform members regarding working rights and conditions.
• GWU Youths are eligible to attend the AGM (Annual General Meetings) which is held annually for a briefing of the year.
• GWU Youths also organize social activities such as football tournaments, group gatherings, and various others.
